Duchess Kate is expected to be wearing a couture wardrobe of dresses with lower hemlines to make her look more royal and she will be encouraged to wear the tiaras favoured by the Queen.

Word on the street is that Kelly will help Kate to choose statement jewellery and gemstones from the Queen's collection.

A Buckingham Palace source told the newspaper: "Angela has been asked to start selecting jewels ahead of the trip. She knows most of the pieces in the Queen's private collection.

"Her understanding is crucial because the trip will be able Kate appearing more Royal than ever - you can expect to see a lot more tiaras and the Queen will be watching closely."

Dresses from some of Kate's favourite designers such as Alexander McQueen and Alice Temperley are likely to play a part in her wardrobe during the three-and-a-half-week trip and its understand she has been speaking to them about designing bespoke gowns and dresses.

The Mail claims Kate's current girlie frocks have been outlawed in place of a new grown-up image.

But some of Kate's advisors are likely to go on the tour too, including her personal hairdresser.

The Duchess's spokesman said: "It's too early to explain what the tour party will be. We are still a long way off finessing the details of the tour."
