Victoria Beckham Is Front Row Fabulous At London Fashion Week

She was the star of her own show across the pond at New York Fashion Week, but Victoria Beckham could relax and take in the action from her front row hotspot at the 2013 International Woolmark Prize Final at London Fashion Week.

The star donned a leather-look dress in her signature pencil skirt style, and added a splash of colour with blue-accented heels for her role as a judge in the search for new designer talent.

She rubbed shoulders with Diane Von Furstenberg and Donatella Versace whilst pulling her best pout (something she's got down to a T) as the models strutted their stuff.

After a global search spanning twelve months, reaching across sixteen countries and involving over seventy designers, six finalists representing Australia, China, Europe, India, Japan and the USA competed for the final international prize - of $100,000 AUD and the opportunity to be stocked in the most important boutiques around the globe, including Harvey Nichols in London, Bergdorf Goodman in NY, 10 Corso Como in Milan, Joyce in China, David Jones in Sydney and Eickhoff Königsallee in Germany.

Christian Wijnants, from Belgium, was announced the winner of the competition.

As stars go, I'd guess a red dwarf, as in Betelgeuse. Not very bright - nor warm for that matter.

Quite - remember the day she dropped the microphone? Anyway, she had to have a little gadget called a pitch correcter when she recorded because she couldn't sing in tune - and that's why she always had to mime.

Is being a 'Fashion Designer' something you just claim to be without ever having a qualification in the art of Fashion Design because I have never heard that Victoria Beckham ever went to college/university or any training type of establisment what so ever. It's not a secret that the legedendary POSH has 'lets say for argument TAKEN other lesser known designers works and claimed them to be of her own, by christ she's got some neck and I'm so surprised the likes of Von Fustenburg and Donatella Versace actually give her the time of day but then I suppose money talks.

Love what she is wearing and those shoes are fantastic!! although she looks really unhappy and in desperate need of a decent meal, looks a bit thin and miserable. Must be awful having to be her and having to keep that look up constantly, especially as she is getting older and it really cannot be doing her any good being do thin.

She looks miserable because she longs to be like a model -she's always surrounding herself with young, tall, lovely looking models - and she knows she'll never ever be like that.

Did you really see Victoria pout? She doesn't do those cheesy forced smiles, but I don't see her pouting in the photograph. Maybe you would have written that she was pouting even if you had not been there. Maybe you weren't there. Your report does seem a little mechanical, and it's amazing what the press release for a fashion show and a few photographs can inspire in the creative mind of a clever journalist.
