You know New York Fashion Week is nigh when a super-sleek Victoria Beckham steps off a plane (we wish we looked that good after a long-haul flight) with little Harper in tow.

The Spice Girl-turned fashion designer touched down at JFK airport in a sports-luxe jersey dress complete with satin sleeves, matching maroon boots and her signature bug-eyed shades.

Toddler Harper also travelled in style as she wrapped up in a fur-trimmed duffle, thick wool tights and sweet grey shoes... Surely it won't be long until Mrs Beckham is designing a babywear line?

Vics took to her Twitter, excitedly telling fans she was heading Stateside just weeks after the Beckham clan moved home to the UK. After seeing these pics we're feeling the pre-NYFW jitters. Who's excited to see what America's fashion capital has to offer?

Has anyone ever seen a photo of Harper smiling? Apart from Romea who can play the camera well this family seems to be most unhappy most of the time in public.

There's quite a noticable difference in the colour of her hand to arm, prob due to fake tan ... could be why she holds her arm in that strange position ?
