Katy Perry Shows Off Her Bloomers On Stage

This was a children's concert, right? Well that didn't stop Katy Perry from whisking off her star-print skirt to show off her stripy bloomers underneath at the Kids Inaugural Concert in the Washington Convention Centre to celebrate military families.

The singer came over all patriotic as the US capital is preparing for the second inauguration of President Barack Obama, which will take place on 21 January.

Katy also showed off a sweetheart corset with a starry bustline and a red scarf, all making up the colours of the US flag.

Having scene pics of Kate Perry without her slap and wigs and certainly the type of clothing she wears to smooth out the lumps and bumps I view her in a different light and is really very average in appearance.

We all know a jack is flown from a ship but most of us of a certain age were brought up to call it the union jack and not the union flag. Also we remember when we celebrated Empire day at school and dancing round the Maypole but such as now disappeared.
