Who? Kelly Rowland

What? Kelly attended a New Year's Eve event in Sin City last night in tight-as-you-like leather trousers and a cropped animal print jacket. She topped the look off with a pair of fierce looking ankle booties and a face to match.

Verdict? Unfortunately Kelly has been scoring a few style near misses of late - she was even featured on our worst dressed list this week - and it doesn't look as though things are getting any better here. What do you think?

I agree with Jockey, Kelly always looks great, beautiful on the outside and on the inside. Not sure that can be said of Isissy whose reference to Kelly's beautiful lips is both unnecessary and uncalled for. Isissy is clearly just one of those jealous haters. Kelly, go girl.
