The Queen's 3D Glasses Are Swarovski Embellished (Of Course They Are)

Get updates from Katie Jones:

The Queen has recorded her Christmas message in 3D for the first time. While this news will make playing the Queen's speech drinking game all the more fun, team MyDaily is also pretty jealous of Her Majesty's very own, personalised, 3D specs. Obviously, they were customised by her couturier Angela Kelly and of course they have been embellished with a Swarovski studded 'Q' on the side of the frames.

Well played.

For a reminder of how to play the not-so-serious Queen's speech game, take a look below:

Loading Slideshow...
  • When she wishes us a merry Christmas

Take a slug of mulled wine

  • When you hear the National Anthem

Place your hand on your heart and take three generous sips of a gin and tonic

  • Any mention of the Royal baby

Wet the baby's head with an elegant sip of non-alcoholic wine

  • Any mention of Prince Philip

A generous glug from a pint of Boddingtons, it is his favourite tipple after all

  • When she refers to her Diamond Jubilee

Wash down a scone with a glug of Pimm's

  • When Queenie refers to the Commonwealth

Take a little sip of an extravagantly polished off pina colada (umbrella and everything)

  • Any mention of the London 2012 Olympic Games

Two sips of port. For best results, team with cheese and crackers

  • When Queenie talks about family

Take a glug of your family's fave tipple

  • When she refers to Prince Charles

One shot of brandy. That'll bring a spot of colour to those cheeks

  • When she INEVITABLY mentions Prince Harry's naughty behaviour

Down the drink which is closest to hand. It's what Harry would want

Looks like someone is trying to pull a fast one taking into account poor Lizzies lack of technology knowledge. We all know that REAL 3D glasses are made from cardboard and coloured plastic.....poor old girl ...taking advantage of her like that...

KO You have 3 D but you can only get through Sky with all the premium channels around £60 plus but can't under stand why the Queen would be in 3 D she is great but its not as if there will be fire and Brimstone coming out her mouth!

And as there putting it BBC HD 3 D why do we have to pay Sky as we pay BBC for a TV licence that's why as yet I haven't got a 3 D TV when its free view through an Aerial I will get one I may get one just for the purchase of DVD movies but do not want to have to pay Sky, its like they put on MR STINK yesterday 3 D HD but you still have to go through Sky and im not paying for that through Sky, unless someone can tell me a way of picking it up from a Free Sat but there owned by Sky as well and could turn them off when ever they like,

| have Sky but not HD just sky pack and half price movies for 3 months but no HD my AV sockets stopped working have no HD socket have the first way through 5 AV sockets, any one help on the free HD 3 D would be a Great, would love a LG 55 inch 3 D Cinema TV £1100 with 5 pairs of glasses! 3D player

I hope she is watching "passive" 3D and not "active". Preferably on the latest LG 3d Cinema Screen models. I just wish I could afford the latest 84 inch OLED model but I can dream. Or does anyone want to buy me one for Christmas? They are only £22,500.00......................................

I blame her appearance with James Bond. Since then she has wanted to get involved in action movies. This may be an audition for a 'Gangsta' movie?
