Romeo Beckham Is The New Face Of Burberry

Get updates from MyDaily Staff:

Who? Romeo Beckham, aka Victoria and David's middle child.

What? Victoria's 10-year-old son has been hand-picked by Burberry's top creative bod, Christopher Bailey, to star in the brand's spring summer 2013 campaign. The advert was shot by none other than Mario Testino, and Romeo joins models Charlie France and Edie Campbell in the ad. When he turned up at the Viva Forever press night looking super-suave in a black Burberry coat, little did we know he'd already wrapped the shoot.

In a statement released on 17 December, Burberry said: "We are excited to reveal news of the Burberry Spring Summer 2013 campaign cast, featuring Romeo Beckham and Cara Delevingne, Edie Campbell, Charlotte Wiggins, Alex Dunstan, Charlie France and Max Rendell."

Where? Burberry Spring Summer 2013 Campaign.

Verdict? Romeo has always been the most style-conscious of the Beckham children (so far), so it's hardly surprising he's following mum Victoria and dad David into the fashion world. And, we've got to admit it, he looks pretty darn cute, doesn't he?

What that woman will do to push her kids, now I suppose we will have to put up with them as well as the parents. Maybe they need the money times must be getting hard. He is not exactly a pretty kid but then look at the parents they are hardly Robert Taylor or Grace Kelly. Let the kid enjoy his childhood it goes so quick.
04:13 PM on 12/18/2012
You are SO correct. Unfortunately I doubt he will ever know what a real childhood is

What on Earth is LOL about being rude about someone who cannot respond. It is not very intelligent, and typical of the cowardice of a bully. Maybe "lol" applies to you: Lamentable Ordinary Loser?

So you think he should arrange to cease being David and Victoria's son before he does anything with his life? How would he do that?

Oh, .... and I nearly forgot the following :-

The former Spice Girl said she kept husband football star David Beckham "in mind" when designing a new special edition of Range Rover's off-road Evoque in Beijing on Sunday.

What an amazing family.!!!!!!

Strangely enough people like the Beckhams are in the core of the target market for the Range Rover Evoque. Knowing what Victoria wanted herself whilst thinking through the brief was the inevitable bit. Then she needed to think of the male section of that core target market...

It's a refreshing change to hear a celebrity wife state that her husband was central to her thoughts. The only person central to the thoughts of most celebrities, male or female, is themselves.

Personally, and as an old petrol head, I don't go for any use of any vehicle as a fashion statement, but Range Rover are getting great sales from the Evoque, keeping thousands of people in work in their own factories and in their suppliers' work forces, so it's churlish to be critical. I drive a classic V8 Jaguar which is an absolute hoot, but keeps very few people in employment, so who holds the moral high ground: the vapid celebrities flitting from vehicle to vehicle, or the old nuts like me with our nine year old reminders of our misspent youth?

I am surprised she hasn't gone the whole hog and arranged for her son to wear clothes that she has put her name to. Oh, didn't you realise, she is also a "designer" as well as a shocking singer and possibly author, etc. etc. etc.

You may not like reading this as much as I am enjoying writing it. Victoria is a truly successful fashion guru. She has the honesty to admit that she doesn't have the technical savvy to be a complete fashion designer. She doesn't call herself a fashion designer; only tabloid hacks and ignorami on comments pages do that. But Victoria does provide the technicians with very detailled briefs, sits in on the design process, and guides and selects the final work.

I hope you are as successful in your career as Victoria is in hers. Otherwise you might get jealous and you would hate to do that, wouldn't you? Victoria's clients nearly all own several of her pieces and will continue buying more. Her clothes also have an important characteristic that most other designers arrogantly ignore: they look good on "less than perfect" ladies.
04:27 PM on 12/18/2012
Well, thank you. I haven't had such a good laugh in ages. You must be privy to a lot of the confidential and personal business of that family to be able to give all those FACTS. You have been taken in by all the propaganda, that is fairly obvious. You have got your FACTS wrong, I believe, .... especially where you say "I am enjoying writing it". Presumably, you typed it!!!!

No offence to the Beckhams but he isnt exactly a cute kid.
Its an example of how your name/status gets you further in life than hard work.

If you mean no offence why did you make an offensive remark about a child? Pick on people who can answer back, bullly.

The vanity of the family is quite astonishing & the lengths they have gone to cover up for her dreadful singing and his childlike voice...! Whoa!
