Here's some fashion news we weren't expecting: No Doubt and Fred Perry are collaborating on a clothing range. The group follows in the footsteps of Amy Winehouse, Richard Nicoll and Raf Simons, who have previously teamed up with the brand.

According to WWD, we can look forward to, "classic Fred Perry styles, referencing their ska and reggae roots and tapping into Fred Perry’s relationship with subculture".

Sounds promising. The collection is set to include a slim-fit shirt in reggae-inspired shades, a tartan sweater and a bomber jacket. If Gwen's had her say, we can imagine there might be room for a crop top too...

The range will launch in January 2013 in the US, before arriving in the UK for the Spring. See more of Stefani's style below:
