Drapers Fashion Awards: Let's Hear It For The High Street

Let's here it for the high street. Primark and River Island were both winners at last night's Drapers Fashion Awards. The fashion trade magazine is renowned in the industry and the awards ceremony recognised the very best in the fashion.

Primark was recognised as the Larger Multiple Retailer of the Year, bravo Primark and may you always bless us with bargain buys.

We also applauded The Cambridge Satchel Company and whooped River Island who won the Retailer of the Year – the consumer award. They have definitely upped their style game of late and with their Rihanna capsule collection soon to be unveiled, we know they'll be making some serious fashion moves.

That said, it was Asos who bagged both the Larger Etailer of the Year and the Growing Retailer of the Year awards, proving that they're fashion forward thinking has kept is styled to the nines. Yep, we're savvy shoppers and quick to click when it comes to this online giant.
