She may have reverted back to the PVC mini-dress for her Barack Obama-campaigning style, but fear not: for the Dream Foundation Celebration of Dreams Gala - which serves the final wishes of children and adults facing life-threatening illnesses - on 16 November, the singer and honoree went glam in a floor-length floral Dolce & Gabbana dress with a velvet jewelled belt and green drop earrings.
