Mylie Cyrus continued on her skin-baring quest on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno last night.

Her black bustier left very little to the imagination, though she did cover up her lower half with a maxi skirt emblazoned with the New York skyline. An homage to her location, perhaps? And then there's those platform pumps...
