What? Britney attended the City of Hope Gala last night, where Halston CEO Ben Malka was honoured with the Spirit of Life award. Aptly, the X Factor judge turned up in a backless, Halston column dress, which she paired with Alexis Bittar jewellery and her curly, blonde locks.
