What? Tulisa's zip-front dress, worn while exiting the X Factor studios, pays lip service to the distinct chill in the air via the hood but refuses to bow to meteorological pressure elsewhere what with the cleavage boosting and then the leg flashing.

It's not actually the first time we've seen a hooded dress - after all Lindsay Lohan was spotted wearing similar (although sparly rather than stripy) at a Golden Globes after party in 2010 - but it is the first time we've actively liked one.

For the benifit of all the people slating me for my punctuation and spelling,I browse thruogh Huff ,and post comments during my lunch breaks at work ,these people on Huff are journalists, they should know better than most ,how to write a piece of news (or garbage) in the Queens english !

Don't mind them Russ they are quick to nit pick but rarely submit posts themselves. It is easy to make typos when one is in a hurry or tired. My most vulnerable time is first thing in the morning before the coffee has brewed.

She must have an amazing publicity agent to get all this attention. Let's face it, she is a very average looking woman who, even with all the photoshopping that is done on her studio pictures, still looks like a typical, potentially chubby, middle eastern woman drifting inevitably towards boilerdom. The "sex tape" did wonders for her career. What's next, the usual "wardrobe malfunctions" at publicity events? No doubt we will be treated to all kinds of nonsense before she dissapears back into obscurity.

WHAT? WHERE? WHEN? WHY? HOW? Yes I agree with you Russ but let's give poor Philippa Warr (Arts and Entertainment Writer) a chance. The poor woman has to earn a crust somehow. One must not mock her inability to compose a decent bit of prose.

WHY ALL THE HYPE ON TULISA shes an average pretty girl, with to much money and acts like a spoilt brat, with very little class unlike Nicole who shows her up week after week.
