But unfortunately that doesn't mean you can pull of a high-neck crop top and silver foil skirt combo.

Throw in the tacky belt and leopard-print shoes and the overall look is definitely not a magical Miley moment. The actress/singer/model/businesswoman/girlfriend-of-total-hottie-Liam-Hemsworth showed off the look at the iHeartRadio Music Festival held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

I'm not sure who she is, an actress?? but seen various headlines on AOL recently about her 'new look' and thought I'd see what the AOL campaign of having a pop is all about! She just appears a young woman, wearing what she wants, maybe developing her own style. Get a life AOL....& maybe I need a new homepage!!
