This week it's a battle of the bright lip between Mena Suvari, who wowed in white at the AFI Life Achievement Ceremony and lady in red Emma Stone, who showcased her leather Monique Lhuillier look on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
Suvari's subtly glam look won us over on the red carpet last night. She proved that colour on the lip can work with statement eye makeup by pairing her rose-tinted pout with a classic eyeliner flick and a swept back chignon.
However, if you're going to go for a stronger lip shade, Stone's barely-there look on the eyes is the only way to go. She matched makeup with her head-to-toe rouge ensemble, but beauty wise, our favourite thing is her perfectly blow-dried hair. (We love the lighter blonde colour too).
