29 May: Lea Michele in Zac Posen at the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London
We love it when Lea brings drama to the red carpet (in a non boob-flashing way). This outfit is head-turning for all the right reasons.

26 May: Bonnie Wright at the Mud premiere during the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes
Let's be honest: the shirtdress and studded loafers would look out of place on any generic red carpet, but this is Cannes, where every other star is rocking floor-length couture. As the French would say, quelle horreur!

31 May: Charlize Theron in Christian Dior Couture at the Prometheus world premiere in London
What do you get when you take a simple sparkly frock with a slit and add sexy sandals and a sleek blowout? Charlize looking utterly, effortlessly dazzling.

27 May: Michelle Keegan at the BAFTA TV Awards 2012 in London
This silver metallic dress seems to have too much fabric to it, and the tarty looking hue is a warning that metallics don't always shine so bright.

29 May: Kelly Rowland in Maria Grachvogel at the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London
We know Kelly can do sexy glamour and rock leather like no other, so it's nice to see her looking so elegant and gorgeous on the red carpet, showcasing a beautiful dress and her toned figure without any extraneous embellishment.

27 May: Suranne Jones at the BAFTA TV Awards 2012 in London
This watercolour print dress does nothing for the actress, and instead of the draped detail flattering her figure, it looks like a baggy bit of excess fabric.

28 May: Nicole Scherzinger in Bill Blass at the Grand Prix of Monaco during the Formula One World Championship in Monaco
Nicole Scherzinger makes it into this week's best dressed because her Riviera style is pitch-perfect, and frankly, we're surprised (and impressed: this is the woman who just last year wore a red leather mini made entirely of belt buckles). This is one of the best - and most sophisticated - looks we've seen on her.
