I think that is the style of the dress and bra, meant to be like that, but I also think Tulisa should have bought the next size up, that is the problem, it is too tight on her.

On a serious note, I also think she hasn't got a very good dress sense, but I suppose we are all a little like that, we can't please everyone. If she is comfortable wearing this type of style, who are we to criticize.

Looks like the bra is meant to be like that, but the dress looks a bit tight, she does seem to me she has got tomboy legs not very nice !!
