Where: The Cannes premiere and photo call for Confession Of A Child Of The Century, an adaptation of French writer Alfred de Musset's autobiographical novel of the same name.

What: We love these photos of unlikely pair Pete and Lily on the Cannes red carpet, particularly the fact that they look as if they're propping up the bar rather than attending a photo call.

FYI: This is the ex-Libertine frontman's acting debut, although given that he's playing a young man who has plummeted into despair and debauchery, we doubt it was too much of a stretch. We're also a little bit in love with Lily's footwear at the premiere.
