What: A royal blue wrap dress (a Duchess of Cambridge favourite) paired with a black, waist-cinching belt and matching patent court shoes. She's just one step away from a Duchess Kate lookalike - her glossy long locks were left straight rather than curled.

Bonus info: The Duchess was sans belt for her engagement photo, but if Irina's accessory looks familiar, it's from Kate's more recent royal blue outfit for her trip to Ipswich in March.
