This week we've been struck by two ladies in red: Emily Blunt
at the screening of Your Sister's Sister
and Cobie Smulders
at The Avengers premiere

Blunt has been showing off her sartorial style all week, but our favourite has to be this Michael Kors lace dress, paired with her glossy curled crop, long lashes and nude lip colour. Unfortunately for Emily, Smulders opted for a very similar look on the red carpet last night, but with the addition of a scraped back updo and a hair band. There's just something about these girls and their brown hair/blue eyes/flawless skin combo, but which actress wins the beauty look of the week crown?
Take a look below to read the verdicts, and don't forget to cast your vote in the poll below!
Both utterly gorgeous with that irresistible dark hair/light eye combo, but Emily Blunt's use of warm taupe liner to make her eye colour pop, coupled with casually-tousled yet incredibly shiny hair just tips the edge for me. Sorry Cobie!
I have a girl crush on Emily Blunt, not only she is a great actress, but she always looks gorgeous. Although I personally love brighter lip on her and cooler tones, this makeup looks stunning on her, too. The warm brown eye shadows make the blue eyes pop and the nude gloss, subtle peachy blush and groomed eye brows look amazing together. Emily's hair looks perfect, this retro inspired glossy hair style really suits her.
As for Cobie Smulders, she looks beautiful! I particularly love her eye brows, cheekbones and eye makeup. She could go for a brighter lip shade though and her hair style is not as fun as Emily's.
This is possible the toughest call in the history of 'beauty look of the week'. We love Cobie's simple hair and makeup against her stunning Alexandra Vidal gown, but Emily's hair wins it for us.

Curl power! Kelly Brook may well be one of the most glamorous brunettes in our round-up. And she was on sparkling form as ever when she stepped out at the Prince's Trust Rock Gala in 2010 with pumped-up tendrils showing a hint of a reddish glow. Love the matching peachy lips.

Rachel Bilson was one of the first celebrities to channel the two-tone trend. The stunning actress's long layers went from mahogany to blonde-brown, and finished with a slight – yet body-building – curl. Gorgeous.
