Just days after the rumour mill went into overdrive that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are dating, the couple were spotted enjoying lunch at the Cafeteria Restaurant in New York.

And Kim was dressed to impress in an almost-painted-on pair of leather leggings.
She teamed the skintight trousers with a loose white shirt and cream blazer for a cool look, which we think she pulls off well.
