So, as she has one of the most famous hourglass figures in the world, does she really need the body-boosting effect of an optical illusion dress?
The reality TV star obviously thinks so, as she showed off the look at Perez Hilton's Mad Hatter Tea Party birthday party at Siren Studio in California.
The black and white frock might have been an "illusion", but we know those those hips don't lie...

Other famous stars to employ the help of the figure-fixing frock are Kate Winslet, who made waves when she stepped out in that Stella McCartney dress at the 2011 Venice Film Festival, and Victoria Beckham, who opted for an Alexander McQueen version back in 2009.
Kim Kardashian also donned the same McQueen dress two years later, so is no stranger to the optical illusion style.
