 22 March: Alesha Dixon in Vivetta at the press launch for Britain’s Got Talent in London This look - with the strange caped shoulders - was possibly inspired by superheroes. Fitting considering Alesha is going to need supernatural powers to make this work.

 22 March: Lana del Rey in Giorgio Armani at the 2012 Echo Music Awards in Berlin It's always best to play it safe and sophisticated when you're a relative red carpet newbie like Lana. This gorgeous draped column gown by Armani shows a different side of the singer's developing style persona.
Worst
 17 March: Cher Lloyd at the Welcome to Perez Hilton’s One Night in Austin in Austin, Texas Cher's fashion choices are going from bad to worse. This outfit has too much going on, everywhere except fabric content.

 20 March: Olga Kurylenko in Todd Lynn at the premiere of Starz’s Magic City in L.A. Todd Lynn has been a red carpet favourite this week - Nicole Richie's worn the designer twice. But this figure-hugging frock on Bond Girl Olga is simply flawless.
Worst
 20 March: Nicki Minaj at Narita International Airport in Japan It looks like Nicki took her airport style inspiration from a psychedelic clown.

 19 March: January Jones in Roland Mouret leaving the NBC Today show in New York This polished look from January shows just how to work spring's acid bright shades.
