When it comes to dressing for the red carpet, Katy Perry knows how to dazzle.

While her mirrored Paco Rabanne dress would have provided enough wow-factor in the eyes of most, Perry went all out on both the fashion and beauty front at the Echo Music Awards last night, with another quirky hairstyle.

The singer worked a rockabilly updo with a bit of a twist - so much so that the front roll was almost lopsided. She teamed the blue do with her staple lip colour - candyfloss pink - and a pair of lash-lengthening falsies.
