SamCam And Michelle Obama Both Feeling Blue For White House State Dinner

Unlike their bold clashing brights seen earlier during the day, Samantha Cameron and Michelle Obama were both feeling similarly blue for the White House state dinner, in co-ordinating evening wear.

We do love that SamCam consistently champions British design talent with her wardrobe choices, and the Prime Minister's wife flew the flag yet again in a stunning royal blue floral dress by London-based designer Alessandra Rich - which she cinched in with a thin black belt and teamed with black heels from Next.

As a nod to her guests, Michelle O opted for a dress by British-born but American-based brand Marchesa - pairing her teal off-the-shoulder gown with a striking Tom Binns statement necklace.

While we're always fans of MObama's style sense, we've got to admit that SamCam may have just pipped her to the post (stylishly speaking) on this occasion...
