It's life lesson time, people.

This weekend TOWIE's Lydia Rose Bright taught us that even if one is channeling Kylie Minogue, Alexa Chung, Jessica Chastain, Freida Pinto and Kris Jenner (TWICE) all at the same time through a Pucci-inspired frock, one can still find oneself embroiled in a not-so-glam row with a bouncer in an Essex takeaway at the end of the night.

An ashamed Lydia tweeted her embarrassment at the previous night's incident on Sunday morning:

I'm so embarrassed of what happened last night.I've let myself down. I'm only normal & like a night out,but I have learnt my lesson. Sorry.x

We have no idea what the row was about, although current office speculation includes "That someone mistook her for Kris Jenner," and "That she took the man behind the counter's suggestion that she 'might like the look of his pickle' the wrong way."
