So V Magazine are basically having an AMAZING issue this month. J Lo in a jockstrap? Fisticuffs with the Victoria's Secret Angels? Christina Hendricks armed and dangerous? They've had some powerful ladies knocking around their pages and no mistake.

But our favourite is this shoot with Lara Stone as styled by former Vogue Paris editor Carine Roitfeld which sees Lara demonstrating genuine Krav Maga self defence moves while wearing gorgeous creations from the likes of Louis Vuitton, Valentino and Balenciaga.

There's just something about watching a model in a mint green evening gown and perfectly coiffed hair taking down a knife-wielding attacker without breaking a sweat, much less a nail...
