The ladies of The Help stepped out in their finest black-and-whites to attend the 5th Annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday (23 Feb).

Emma Stone went for an absolutely lovely Elie Saab couture dress in white with nude heels and a Ferragamo clutch while Viola Davis picked an off-white long-sleeved dress (this girl really knows how to rock a block colour) with black heels. Octavia Spencer gave a nod to her Baftas outfit thanks to a crisp white shirt worn over her animal print Tadashi Shoji dress.

We love that Octavia seemed unable to keep from adding a splash of colour - the fucshia shoes really caught our eye! Oh, and we also love that the shirt was ditched a little bit later in the evening. We're hoping that it was after a red wine/canape incident because if it was she will fit right in at MyDaily towers...
