Hair was tied into a ponytail and secured in the middle of the back of the head. This was then knotted around into a bun, no bigger than the size of the palm of the hand, and secured with pins. The stylists sprayed Charles Worthington Mussed-Up Spray on their fingers and pulled it through the hairline to bring out the flyaways at the side of the face. Front Row Crackle Wax was also massaged into the "sideburns" to stick them down.
Lucia Pica emphasised this tough, masculine look by creating "strong, dirty looking eyes". She sketched a black pencil unevenly over the lid and blended into the inner and outer corners for that slightly tired look. A brown eyeshadow was added on top and brows were defined with Mac Blush Mix & Medium, with Powder Palette drawn on in a straight line through the middle for extra definition.
Skin was left beautiful and sculpted with shine on the cheeks and under the eyes, "so it looked like she had been out for a while".
