IN A NUTSHELL: Inspired by the 1982 remake of erotic horror film Cat People, this femme fatale-worthy collection that was sexy, seductive and dark.

BEG, BORROW OR STEAL: If you're in the market to seduce - and who isn't with Valentine's Day just around the corner - there was plenty to chose from; bustier jackets, hip hugging pencil skirts, vinyl textures and fierce crocodile leather. We loved the lace-like leather biker jacket shown above, and the spectacular black crystal embedded mesh dress would certainly leave an impression on the seductress' victim.

VERDICT: Malandrino sat last New York Fashion Week out, but she has come back fighting with her new Black label. This collection showed was Malandrino at her most fierce, sexy and strong.
