Comeback Kid: Adele Is US Vogue's March Covergirl

  • Katie Jones
With six Grammys under her belt and most importantly, her voice back, Adele is well and truly the girl of the moment. So it's no surprise that on the same day that the singer is recovering from her Grammys success, she also appears on the cover of US Vogue's March edition.

The singer was shot by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot for her most high-profile shoot yet. Dressed in Oscar de la Renta, with big, volumised hair and her famous long lashes, the star looked drop-dead-gorgeous for her model moment.

However, Adele revealed that the dressing up side of things is the part she least enjoys. She told Vogue, "I hate the red carpet. I don't feel insecure, I just feel like, Oh, I don't want to do this. I literally get a stomach cramp. At the VMA's last year I felt really out of my comfort zone because there were so many superstars there".

Judging by her stunning Armani and Burberry gowns at the Grammys last night, she has definitely got nothing to worry about.
