Courteney Cox returned to the red carpet over the weekend at a viewing party for her TV show, Cougar Town.

Cox showed us how to rock a leather mini skirt in a grown-up fashion, by opting for a not too short and not too tight style paired with a loose-fitting silk shirt. (Note how she managed to flaunt her pins and still remain fairly covered up - perhaps the TOWIE girls could learn a thing or two).

As for the shoes, the same rule applied. Instead of choosing sky-high stilettos, the actress sported a pair of chunky wedges to complete her casual evening look.
