When it comes to red carpet dressing, Kim Kardashian certainly knows how to turn up the glamour.

And, even when she's rubbing shoulders with Hollywood royalty like Mel Gibson and Demi Moore, she still manages to stand out.

At the Cinema For Peace event, which benefited J/P Haitian Relief, Kim wowed in an old-school glamour draped and ruched dress with a long-layered necklace and tumbling curls.

Melanie Griffiths, Hilary Swank and Sean Penn were also in attendance at the event, which was held at the Montage Hotel in LA.
