After revealing her new crop via Twitter last month, Shakira went one step further last night by showing off an elegant new look at the Fifa Ballon D'Or Gala in Switzerland. The result? Charlize Theron eat-your-heart-out.

She oozed Hollywood glamour in a sequin embellished, scarlet gown and as for the hair, she swapped her signature tousled long locks for a super chic curled crop. For once, this is a style transformation that we most definitely approve of. It looks like someone is taking red carpet season very seriously...
