"We've had a lot of requests for a pregnant Kate doll from the US," Lucie Follett of Arklu, the company who created the dolls told us. 'We've also had many requests for a Pippa doll."
But - and we hate to break it to you all pregnant Kate doll enthusiasts out there - expectant Kate will not be adorning your mantelpiece or toy cupboard any time soon. In fact, Follettt confirmed that the company will not be making any more Royal dolls in the foreseeable future.
There is a silver lining to this seemingly hopeless situation; simply buy one of the existing Kate dolls and customise it by stuffing some cotton wool up her dress, thus creating the desired bump effect.
You'll need to hurry though - today is the last day you can order a Kate Middleton doll if you want delivery by Christmas.
