The reality TV star turned heads as she arrived at the Midori Green party in New York dressed as Batman's enemy, Poison Ivy.
The 31-year-old was inspired by Uma Thurman's version of the character in Batman and Robin, and pulled it off with aplomb.
The bright red wig complemented the green of the teeny tiny costume, which showed off her amazing hourglass figure.
A sexy matching mask finished Kim's hot Halloween ensemble.
