Katie Holmes wears her hair up so often, we hadn't quite realised how long it is. The actress hit the Women On Top Awards in New York yesterday, showing off the full extent of her glossy brunette locks.

The actress was on hand to present at the US Marie Claire hosted event (she's their cover girl this month, you see), and was looking hot to trot in her figure-hugging navy blue bandage dress.

Warming tights and classic black Mary-Jane heels completed the simple but striking ensemble.
