When Jennifer Aniston's on any event guestlist, you can be pretty sure she's going to be the star attraction. But when Jennifer Aniston turns up in a cleavage-flashing mini dress, well, the other attendees might as well have just stayed at home.

All eyes were on the 42-year-old actress from the second she arrived at the Elle Women in Hollywood Awards last night, in this plunging metallic Kaufman Franco dress.

Blonde curls, Balenciaga heels and a Ferragamo clutch completed the head-turning look.
