Looks Like Kim K Kept Her Harper's Bazaar Arabia Cover Shoot Dress!

If her appearance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno is anything to go by, Kim Kardashian was so enamoured of her Harper's Bazaar Arabia cover dress, she took it home with her!

Kim first wore the Dolce & Gabanna musical note print dress on the November magazine cover alongside star themed accessories but we're guessing she was allowed to keep it (or hid it in a handbag) as we saw it gracing Jay Leno's sofa on Tuesday. This time accessorised with husband Kris Humphries and some peep-toe pumps.
