Will Kate Middleton Be Vogue's Next Cover Star?

When it comes to finding cover stars, Vogue has no problem getting the A-list on board, but there's one famous lady in particular who gone straight to the top of Anna Wintour's 'wanted' list.

According to the New York Post, Wintour wants Vogue to be the first magazine to feature the Duchess of Cambridge on their cover. Rumour has it that Wintour has been talking to royal photographer Mario Testino about persuading Kate to star in the fashion publication.

However, it's doubtful whether the Duchess will oblige. A source said, "Every magazine has been trying to get Kate, and many assume it will eventually be Vogue. But even with the Mario Testino relationship, it is not clear when this will happen. The Palace must approve it, and they are very protective of Kate".

So it looks like we'll have to keep waiting for a royal cover girl, but imagine the Vogue wardrobe Kate would get her hands on...
