We have no idea how much underwiring her Vivienne Westwood dress actually involves but kudos to the designer for knowing how to keep impressive bosoms in check on the red carpet. No wonder Christina is such a fan.
SJP played it safe and kept her own cleavage firmly under wraps with a figure hugging Antonio Berardi crochet dress.
