The model and new mum - perhaps keen to prove to the entire world that not all celebrities leave the house without their knickers - showed hers to waiting photographers and fellow guests with a little help from an Emanuel Ungaro black lace dress.
To compare and contrast, Abbey's dress was a good six inches shorter than the runway version, making it less modest, but then she did actually bother with a bra which makes it more modest. Overall, the modesty is probably about the same. Dark red nail polish and tousled blonde hair pushed the look firmly from fashionista to sex bomb.
There are also some black Louboutins and a clutch bag. We're telling you about them because we're completists, not because they add much to the look. Whatever happened to colour pop accessories, people? SIGH.
Anyway, if you're looking for the abridged version of all this, she's essentially found an expensive way to wear not much to an awards ceremony - something that attractive ladies have been doing for many a year.
