Jennifer Lopez - you remember her? Jenny from the block - we heard she used to have a little but now she has a lot, but it's okay because she knows where she came from.

That aside, J-Lo was spotted in downtown Los Angeles working a glam gown and a dressed down look on the shoot for her upcoming Papi music video.

The gown - a floaty Gucci number in the same emerald green as her fabulous cutout Bafta frock - was trademark Lopez, but the white flip flops better be a concession to needing to walk around otherwise J-Lo needs to have a few words with her stylist.

The dressed down look is what we imagine Jennifer wearing to the gym. Bum-hugging jogging bottoms, pristine trainers that have clearly never seen a pavement before, a hoody advertising her album, some bling that will swing up and hit her on the nose if she jogs and a red carpet-worthy bouffant do. Also a mini entourage (no space for a full entourage at the gym because of the treadmills).
