Looks like we've discovered the secret to
Bar Rafaeli's buff body: the supermodel posted these pictures of herself on
Twitter, smothered head-to-toe in mud from the Dead Sea.
Getting messy: Bar slathers herself in the mineral-rich mud, celebrated for its skin-enhancing properties. Photo:Twitter/BarRafaeli
The Israeli-born model was enjoying a trip home, when she stopped to indulge in her rather messy
beauty regime - which involved covering her face, limbs and bikini-clad body in the supposedly skin-enhancing mud.
"*Muddy* but feels good!!" she Tweeted. "DEAD SEA - if you haven't been... well, sucks for you!"

Beauty addicts have travelled from all over the world to sample the mineral-rich Dead Sea mud, which contains high levels of bromide, magnesium and potassium, and has long been celebrated for its therapeutic, skin revitalising and anti-inflammatory properties.
It is also widely believed that the Dead Sea mud can help cure common skin complaints such as acne, or help ease forms of arthritis.
Hmm, If only it wasn't quite so far away...
Note: smothering oneself in mud will (unfortunately) in no way guarantee the miraculous supermodel body of Bar Rafaeli.
