Amy, who died on Saturday, launched her first first collection for the brand in October 2010 and revealed in an interview with Harper's Bazaar at the time: "We've pretty much done up to autumn/winter 2012."
A statement on The Telegraph from Fred Perry on Wednesday said:
"We had a great working and personal relationship with Amy during the design and development of the collaboration. Amy's unique sense of style and attitude pervaded the entire collection. She was a pleasure to work with and will be deeply missed by the entire Fred Perry team."
The company refused to confirm whether or not the completed designs would be released, only stating that it would act in accordance with her family's wishes.
A separate tribute on the label's website adds: "Fred Perry is truly saddened about the untimely passing of Amy Winehouse. Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this difficult time.
