Sister Act: Lady Gaga brought younger sibling Natali Germanotta along for the evening. Photos:PA/GettyImages
Requiring help to get out of the car, thanks to some gravity-defying platforms, Gaga walked the red carpet in an almost X rated low-cut corset, teamed with dramatic tulle skirt.
The 25-year-old brought younger sister Natali Germanotta along to enjoy the evening's proceedings - which saw Gaga being presented with the Fashion Icon prize.
Halway through the ceremony and Gaga ditched the theatrical skirt, to accept her award on-stage in just the corset and heels.

Perhaps feeling restricted by the waist-cinching corset, the Lady completely stripped off to party the night away (and perform with Patti LaBelle) in nothing but a studded thong, sheer body suit and black nipple stickers...
